This beautiful handcrafted keepsake heart picture includes four tags embellished with images from antique postcards, embroidery, vintage buttons and trimmings. As each picture is individually made there will, therefore, be slight variations. The keepsake picture to include your own special message. A wonderful unique gift, perfect for weddings, anniversaries, special birthday etc. The keepsake heart picture allows you to personalise up to two small tags (up to eight characters) with your own message on each. This could include names, dates, special words etc. To make the picture even more personal, we are happy to create designs that can incorporate your own images, initials, favourite flower, hobbies, buttons, trimmings, mementoes or include your own fabric swatches. Please use the drop down menu to indicate whether additional personalisation is required. We will then contact you once your order has been accepted to discuss the design of your picture in more detail. There will be an additional charge for this personalisation. The finished small keepsake picture comes framed in either a black or white box frame and measures 16cm x 16cm.
